Beginning of the Year Checklist

Please help your child complete these items for band camp!

Join the Band App (get link from student – in Canvas)
Complete Physical and Medical Authorization
Submit Physical and Med. Auth. to Aktivate and acknowledge all forms within
Pay band fees through CutTime (link in text messages) or cash/check at camp
Sign fees sheet (students bring to band camp)
Read band handbook and sign form (students bring to band camp)
Sign instrument rental form if needed (students bring to band camp)
Register as a volunteer
Sign up for volunteer times
Sync band calendar to phone
Prepare for band camp (get athletic shoes, water jug)
